Our topic was such a broad one that I had LOTS of opportunity…

Somehow none of these seems Perfect to me though…

I guess I can recycle this topic for a different year then!

Yeah…

I just might have to do that, until I get it right!

I don’t think I found even one FACES IN THINGS picture I liked.

People are already sending suggestions for next year.

SO I guess we’ll do it again!

I’m all done with the night shift, it actually wasn’t that bad, the time went quickly but it will be nice to get back to my normal schedule.

This fellow was in the mood for posing at the beach the other day.

He landed on a patch of black sand and I though… ick, move please… But when I got home I was surprised to find I like the black sand shots the best!

I can’t stand it!

I just have too!

It’s funny, every clever bone in my body has flown the coop!

What can I do? I’ve got to put something up, it’s eating at me.

I’m putting up the Upsides Down Lens series I did last summer!

They’re  all CIRCLES… so they kinda count.

Does it bug you when you haven’t posted in awhile???

Yesterday we went frog hunting.

Something we do every spring and summer.

The pond was full of wonderful things as usual.

Charlie and Isabelle scoured the reeds and neon slime for the elusive leopard frogs and green frogs.

Charlie caught this big old green frog and  two tiny leopard frogs.

We kept the two small frogs for our water garden…

They eat the mosquitos that land on the surface, at least that’s how it’s supposed to work.

We released the green frog because he was too big for our little space, but then…

Isabelle caught him again. He must have wanted to go home with us…

That or he wanted a kiss.

We also saw two big northern water snakes, Charlie wasn’t happy that I wouldn’t let him catch them.

It was especially good because I found a CIRCLE!
