We love praying mantis at my house.
This is the first brown one that’s posed for me.
I have to say she was a bit of a diva.
They aren’t my favorite though.
I am a fan of beatles.

Leah, I like the horned ones, but we didn’t find one this summer.
Total chick cliche, I know, but I only really like butterflies.
The mantis is cool – especially watching them eat but I like the walking stick better.
Lady bugs and butterflies. Sounds like a clothing line for a 3-year-old, lol!

mostly dead ones but I do sort of enjoy dragon flies
Butterflies are my fav. How big is that bug? It looks huge for a praying mantis.
