    FAVORITE THINGS

    Just a few…

    Ben and ME

Ben’s scruffy  -it’s the weekend-  look.

    FAVORITE SUMMER READING

    If I were a man, a life like Stone Barrington’s wouldn’t be so bad…

Well, except for the murder and the mayhem part…

    FAVORITE PIC ANGLE

    bubbles over rocks one

On the ground!  Close to it anyway…

(I guess you know since I’ve been flooding you with the closeups!)

    FAVORITE MUSIC

Ingrid Michaelson has long been on my favorites list…

How can she not be when she can put the word ”Rogain” into a love song and make it work!

Or come up with the incredible lyrical image of “I spackle some butter over my whole grain bread.Something tastes different, maybe it’s my tongue”

One of my FB friends posted this video the other day, a song from an album I don’t have yet.

     I can’t stop singing it!

Which is one of my other favorite things… an EARWORM!

    Gotta share it.

    FAVORITE SUMMER VEIWS

    kids driving me nuts

My kids refusing to do what I want and hamming up the -I had my head chopped off-  bit…

    Cooper catching a wave

    The water being enjoyed.

The beginning of the season change is one of my favorite things too…

When summer isn’t quite over, but you can feel fall trying to slip in… I love it.

    FAVORITE TREAT

They bring back fun memories of making them ourselves when we were kids.

For some reason they just taste so yummy!

It makes me think I should make them with my kids,  there’s a post for the future.

Now my FAVORITE part of these posts!

What’s a FAVORITE THING of YOURS?

  • More up close

    hollyhock up close lighter

This year for Mother’s Day the family got me a flat of Hollyhocks.

I planted them in the right place and a few of them bloomed!

I can’t wait until they come up next year!

    berry leaf

    It’s berry picking time!

I keep thinking I need to go, but I’m not  ready to move on from  picking rocks yet…

    rock fossil up close

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…

    LIFE IS GOOD!
