Playing with my food.
I always carry an elephant in my pocket.
You never know when you will find whipped cream alps.
(Notice that my husband isn’t even phased… One of the many reasons I love him.)

I often try to make faces or pictures with food (before eating).
I had a friend in college we called Julia (real name Kathy) because she played with her food all the time! And yes I have played with my food but I’m good about disguising it. No one suspects that my mashed potatoes are a volcano or that gravy is lava… I always “log” the broccoli before it is ruined by lava and I can make a fine meatloaf dam.
did you ever see 50 First Dates where Drew Barrymore played with her waffles and built stuff out of them….yeah.
A man who is unphased when his wife pulls our a little plastic elephant so it can climb the whipped cream alps is a man worthy of much great love. This is obviously the new standard by which I will measure all love : )

I never play with my food now, when I was little I sometimes played with my food, saving the chips to last.
