Top ten… kinda.
SEEDSOWER said to put up our years ten best, so here they are…
(This is my most googled image, I can’t believe how many people need to know what a tent worm looks like!)
Well there they are my ten. I suspect I chose them less because they are good pictures and more because of what a wonderful time I had when I took all of them.
Looking back over my year I feel so incredibly blessed.
I love my life. I have a wonderful husband (who adores me
)and healthy, happy children. I have extended family and friends that love us and like us and want to be with us.
I was lucky enough to travel and to meet a person who has become a once in a lifetime kind of friend.
And here on Xanga I am lucky enough to be surrounded by caring, funny, smart, interesting, talented, (you name it and its there) People.
Life is good.
Come on people put up your ten best, even if you don’t consider yourself a photographer, it’s the memories and the making of them that counts!
I wish you all THE BEST in the coming year!

Those are wonderful photos, I love the third one the most.
reading your list of blessing makes me feel warm inside
all the best Angi!
What an incredible sight! So beautiful! I love them all! I’m off to do the same… but mine won’t be as pretty I fear. Yours are beautiful! Blessings to you in the New Year!
you had a great ten-those were all some of my favourites too!
Happy New Year Angi-may the new year bring you much happiness
loved them! thanks for sharing…
Happy New Year
Amazing photos.
I actually might do this post later tomorrow after I get ahold of my laptop.
Enjoy your New Year’s!
Happy New Year Angi!!! I hope your 2009 is filled with good health, happiness and love overflowing!!!
People are tired of seeing my best pictures of the year.
Definitely Seedsower and you are different types of photographers. The close up of the dandelion seed head requires a steady hand and close up lens. Children and their views appear in your favorite photographs.
Your comment about xanga must reflect Your growth from being in Xanga, I myself might concentrate on colorizing and drawing for now, even though I just got a new camera.
all are definite keepers … the dandelion is incredible.
Happy 2009!
Happy New Year!!!
HUGS,
Gina
Those are some beautiful photos! I would do this, but I don’t think I have 10 beautiful photos like these. One of my resolutions is to take more photos next year.
Love love love the dandelion one, with the tree a close second. Happy New Year!!
a wonderful new year to you and your family !
Happy New Year, my friend!!
Beautiful top 10 pics! I didn’t put up pics, but I did post up a good handful of interesting versions of Auld Lang Syne!
… and a very nice selection indeed. many blessings for you and your wonderful husband (who adores you ) and healthy, happy children, your extended family and friends that love you and like you and want to be with you, and the person who has become a once in a lifetime kind of friend, and those caring, funny, smart, interesting, talented, (you name it and its there) People here on Xanga you are lucky enough to be surrounded by!
Wonderfully delightful photos! I haven’t taken many pictures lately, have to get a new card. These pictures are refreshing and thoughtful.
you are such a good good photo capture. It’s one of the reason’s why I love your post, when I can get to it…
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
What a great selection of photos!
(((New Year Hugs)))
I was thinking primarily of you this morning when I posted the picture of me in the moustache, but I wanted to wish you a Happy New Year anyway.
Beautiful photos! I especially like the one of the dandelion and the swings on the beach.
I have never seen a swingset on the beach, which is why that picture is so appealing to me. (And of course the constrasting yellow and blue with neutral sand.)
And in the south, we call a ‘tent worm’ a ‘wooly worm’. There is even a wooly worm festival in Banner Elk, NC every year where they race the buggers (kids do) and a big to-do is made over the winner.
great stuff. the one of your son eating the pie is the best! you are lucky and blessed. here’s to another great year!
Those pictures are great. I’m guessing you don’t have a cheap camera…the pictures look so crystal clear. Great post.
aww your pics are so bright and cheery.. good way to start the new year. happy 2009
Happy New Year, Yes I might have to take up the challenge, Though most will be of my beautiful children! Love and Light, Mel.
I love ‘em Ang!!!
We just got back, had to come say hi!!
Great photos! thanks and happy new year, new photos!
