I gotta get the hang of photo shop one day **sigh** that looks like so much fun.
Totally AWESOME! I love it lady!!!!!!!
Angi – I LOVE these trees! Whether or not the image matches the one in your head, (let it go!) the end result is spectacular! Wonderful. Thanks for sharing.
Sandra
Awesome contrast! You take great pics…. I had to go to SF yesterday because my cousin is in the hospital there. I saw all these cool doors and thought of you! Where is my camera when I need it?? Don’t know if you’ve ever been to San Francisco but there are cool doors everywhere!
Looks great,I am so glad that we have fun playing with photoshop,it is amazing to tweak colors and lines and see what we can do,I am glad that we have the same passion!
Man, the leaves sure turn green fast there!
How quickly the seasons change!!
Angi, you are so talented – well done girl friend!
first one… is creepy… second one …hopeful!
pretty cool!
Interesting contrast in that second one, Angi, but I am partial to the first one you posted.
dan
love the pics!
Great pics.
That is too cool.
Trees out in fields like this really grab your attention. I also noticed the clouds in the sky. Last night we had a fierce storm with lots of rain and the clouds looked just like that a couple a minutes before the rain started.
Call me old school but I like the first one the best too. It’s weird because I really liked the ones you did of your glass shoes. Go figure. Peace
oooh love the first one!!
that’s baree sick. nice one
I favor the first photo, but I like the contrast in the second photo. Regardless, both are STRIKING you take such great photos!
Plus, I think you’ve just helped me find a new book series to read. I’ve never heard of this series, how interesting, this Grimm series!
whoaa i really like the first one, it looks like a cover of a coming of age tale of a boy in the midwest that i read years ago.. and the second is crazy looking
Love it, Angi. Can I make a suggestion? You need 2 more ten call it the “Four Seasons”.
@MaartenVenter - OH GREAT IDEA! Maarten! I will keep that in mind when I feel like playing again!
Yup, #1 wins. LOL!! but I wish I could work one of those uppity photoshop programs. LOL!
Both photos are incredible. I love them!
I like it!
just how did you do that? the green leaves for me represent life for every dark areas in life. also shelter from the rain that’s about to come.
btw, do you have grasshoppers hiding in those grass?
@Renatojr3 - No grasshoppers yet! By next week though, its still a little chilly here!
its reil touching my heart….

How fun. I need to take some time to play, too. Someday.
I like the first one the second one just isn’t right!
ooo… neat effect.
Great pic. I love the gloomy feeling that it gives off!
I’m glad to hear you caught some fish. Just wait till you see some of my crappie catch pics that I will have this summer! Last year just over the July fourth weekend I fillett 140 fish. We catch baskets of bluegill, crappie, and perch up at the lake all summer long.
Does your dad scale or skin?
@the_best_stuff - I scaled… That was the one thing Pop did let me do when I was little. lol Now I want to learn how to fillet though… I hate bones!
You can see them on my Saturday post they are itty bitty. lol Yeah I can’t wait to see your summer fish… that is the kind of fishing I love… sunfish and bluegill… Mostly my Pop trolls now… bigger fish… but I miss seeing the bottom of the lake and the shore line… Anyway I am really looking forward to your summer pictures! So don’t forget your camera! lol
The plain , a tree in the wind A plain , a tree is green . Is not this photography A pure poetry ?
How on earth do you do it??? I can’t do that on Photoshop, I really can’t. I’m horrible in it I only know how to change the colours a little, but overall, not specific like the leaves!
You are awesome. ‘Nuff said.
RYC: thanks. (just wanted to see if my movable gif shows up here)
Dear Angie,
An unbroken field and a single tree. Beautiful. I prefer the sepia version.
Michael F. Nyiri, poet, philosopher, fool
I like the second one. But the first one’s nice too. The first word that came out of my mind when I saw the first one was vintage.
cool.
Neat job on the tree. It is fun to play with the pictures we take and see what we can do with them.
Also wanted to let you know that have some more doors up in today’s (Monday) post. This is fun, I enjoy seeing what others find to add to the list. Have a good week.
How does the one in your head look?
Beautiful pictures.I’d have the first one on my wall.Love the sepia tone on it,it matches the mood perfectly
Something we all long for. Plenty of green after winter. Great job.

cool. I love the contrast, as subtle as it is. Keep this series going!
i want to find a single tree in the middle of a field here
@TheGreenPanther - I know where there are several… I am mad at myself though because I can’t get the shot I see in my head… know what I mean?
@angi1972 - i know exactly what you mean!
