RANDOMNESS ROCKS!
My moment of JOY came yesterday at my sons school program.
For weeks I had been hearing him sing a song- The Fifty Nifty United States.
Yesterday I sat in the gym with my mom and Cooper and watched the kids give their best.
(have to say it… I HATE taking pictures in a gym!)
But as I sat there watching them sing and lift their signs, with other proud parents and grandparents.
I thought… Wow, this is IT.
Saw the sunset yesterday and counted 39 deer.
The best egg hiding spot EVER courtesy of my sister… well and my Pop.

I love the fish!! I too am still finding Easter eggs. Found a couple in my refrigerator .. thanks to son #1.
I would always get emotional when my kids were little and they would perform their little skits at school. I still do, when I sit and look at the videos! Love the egg ‘hiding’ place. I…ummm…. I mean, the Easter Bunny would hide them out in the open sometimes too, and the kids would walk right past them. Great pics….love the pug butt!

I used to love the kids school programs. Watching them sing away was the best! I miss those days. They sure went by fast. Love the pug butts.

I haven’t heard that song since D2 sang it 4 years ago, unless you count the times she and D1 spontaneously burst into song with that one. It sounds like ll fifty nifty united states get to torture their kids with that song.
School programs are a time of “no shame”….I always got right up there to take pics and preserve the moment….I always thought that twenty years from now they would love that I did it….but I now know that it takes more like thirty

And I tee totally agree! I hate taking gym pictures too!!! I am so glad my kids have graduated from school for that reason alone!!!
Awww .. my boys sang that song in elementary school too! I miss those shows .. I usually ended up in tears. It’s so great to see our kiddies performing their little hearts out!

i agree with you on gyms; i remember thinking in middle school that the fact that one of my friends was still pretty in the unflattering lighting and colors during gym meant that she was truly beautiful…

Nice small mouth bass. I have a crappie, bluegill and perch on the wall at home. Maybe you should mount a large mouth so you can hide the whole egg in his mouth!
