Nothing really going on today, for some reason it just seemed to be dragging.
Now that everyone is in bed and there is silence and peace it is going to quickly.
I just decided to play around with photoshop…
I’m still on the very basics, but it is so fun!
I’m excited to find this because it will be great for making stencils!
I love movie theaters with marquees.
That’s it, I’m done goofin for the day.
Now is time for sleep and then it starts ALL over again tomorrow.

i love old movie marquees too! there is an awesome one at the movie theatre i usually take my kids to on the rare occasions we actually GO to the theatre. next time i’m up there, i’ll try to remember to take a picture and share it with you. just don’t laugh.. i dont take pics NEAR as well you do!
ryc: i have a few pics posted on my xanga site from when my daughter and i were in nyc. my favorite ones are just random shots of buildings and streets….
is that theater new, or is it like movie theaters used to be? I’d love to go to a theater that looks like they did way back when
I want to learn to do photoshop.
What program are you using? I use Digital Image Pro 2006 and love it. I’m not overly fond of pictures where it’s obviously been used, I like using it to make real pictures look more real, but there are a lot of cool effects I enjoy playing with. For instance, I can turn my photos into negatives. I do it a lot although I’ve only seen it turn out cool a couple of times. LOL Mostly I just use it to crop, and clone out distracting elements, or blur the non-focal points. Have fun playing! The play is almost limitless and it will be fun to see your progress in learning the program.

No, the people never came. Hurricane Dean continued west, and never came north. That movie theater sounds great. Take some pics when you go so I can see it.
No, Mr Tanner did not need a stage. In fact, the one time he was on one, it changed his life forever. I don’t want a stage, but a good karaoke place would be fun nevertheless. lol

Today is my day to drag around the house, but work calls.
They just tore down an old movie marquee in the small town south of here, I thought it was a mistake sort of an icon and would have made good ambience for a resturant or something like that.
