The person mentioned in my last post has been kicked off of Xanga.
Xanga acted quickly. It makes me really happy to know that they are trying to make this a safe environment, in the ways that they can.
After the bumpy start this morning the kids and I had a great day.
Grandma took us all to lunch at a chinese restaurantThen the kids and I drove around the five mile area that surrounds our house and took some pictures!
It was raining and we only went out for about a half an hour but it made me feel better.
How could I not like it.
I am a Volkswagen woman down to my toes.
This guy reminded me of a Luchador…

I have a friend who has successfully scammed these Nigerian scammers, once actually having a guy arrested at Heathrow Airport. Fun, but I don’t have the time.

RYC: yes it does show maps, just a little more limited then what you are used to. The ‘track back to start’ feature is easier to follow/read then my hand held.
I like the vw,too. I have gotten called that by one dr. at the hospital when I worked or else he would call me Carmagia(for Carmel)hence VW

Oh, honey, I got something worse than that; and I’m not talking about the diatribes that have been commented here, there, and everywhere. Yesterday I had footprints from someone I didn’t know; so, me being me, I clicked on the screen name and almost threw up. The avatar was of, um, an illegal act in most states–with two CLEARLY underage boys in the woods somewhere!! OMG! I reported that site to Xanga so fast it would make your head spin; and flagged it for deletion for “illegal activity.”
Do you want to know what’s even creepier? He (I assume it was a “he”) came to my site by searching for “Hot+Boys” in pictures; and he got to the pic I took on our summer vacation of the boys (STB and his best bud, Big T) in the hot tub at the beach house. That picture is now private; and I am thoroughly disgusted that someone looked at MY kid with those intentions!? EEEWWWW!!!
And you wonder why I’m moving to “friends lock!?” In fact, I’m enabling that right now; thank you very much!
WOW… I live in such a nice protected cacoon that I can almost forget that their are creepies out there! UGh… .Angi I trust your opinion… would you visit?

I seem to get a few every week or so, not here on Xanga but thru email… I am glad you were able to get out and take some pictures to get your mind off of it all… Personally I think the cow is cuter but I am sure my daughters would disagree! have a wonderful weekend
