It was raining this morning. Hopefully the sun will come out so we can go to the beach…
If it doesn’t I suppose I could do one of the million and a half chores that I have to do around here but have been ignoring.
Like say laundry, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kids room, cleaning the sun porch, cleaning out the refrigerator… I’m really starting to hate that word cleaning…
Maybe I should just go get groceries and by the time I get back the sun will be out and the beach will be dry and I can live once again in my happy bubble of ignoring house work… Yes, that sounds good to me.

we even have tumble weeds now (balls of random cat hair blowing across the hard wood floors)
Part of it is from me working way too much….the other part is from Phil having so much stuff that I’m totally overwhelmed at the cleaning process. What’s a girl to do?

exactly…what’s a girl to do! I’m putting off sweeping up all the Labrador Fur until I have enough to stuff a mattress (or two) and why would you even consider cleaning when the beach is near – wet or not – go to the beach I say!!!!!

he hubby does the grocery shopping now that we’re retired and he likes it. It wears me out and he said,”you spend too much.”
GIRL!!!!!!!!! let’s not even talk about the laundry i’ve been putting off folding.. its all washed and dried, and sitting in a HUGE pile in my utility room. big sigh… maybe if i wear ruby slippers and rub my heels together it will miracuously fold itself.. hmmmm
Housework too! I am getting around on Xanga, but feel guilty!
Um, that would be cleaning! Lets see, work to pay the bills, clean. Work, clean. Hummm, no contest!
Forget the cleaning. I vote for the beach instead! I’ve been putting of making a big decision. And I’ll continue to put it off.
YAY BEACH BEACH BEACH! If one cleans up too much, nobody sees the difference anymore and from the ecological point of view it is not recomended either. And the kids need your presence more than a cold sterile environment. I can find more good arguments… What am I putting off? Would that question include pleasures?

I was supposed to make arrangements today to take my son’s dog to the vet for him. I was way busy working on the daughter’s house renovation and flat out didn’t get the vet app. made. I really do feel bad about it so I’m going to do it in the morning before I do another thing. Clean house? You’ve got to be kidding. There’s too many other great things to be doing! Peace

I have some letters I need to write, and I’ve really been procrastinating on them. I just have to suck it up and do them.
I’m on vacation, so I’m not putting off any chores! woo hoo! I went to Niagara Falls yesterday and got a TON of touristy pictures. Wanted to let you know we thought of you as we flew down the thruway and I started snapping pictures of barns along our route. What I lack in artistic talent was more than made up for in the sheer blurriness of them. Can’t wait to show you. LOL
