For those of you who are BOYDCREEK fans… like I am. Don’t be alarmed!
He will be missing in action this weekend due to minor computer difficulties and will return to his regularly scheduled posts on Monday evening with any luck.
Until them I’m sure he will be out soaking up the rays and sniffing the grass…
of the GOLF COURSE!!! Come on you guys… you knew I was going to say that!
Now we return to what your all here for, ME! ME! ME!
The kids and I took a drive this morning along the route I used to bike almost everyday when I was younger. Well when it wasn’t winter… I’m a little cockoo… not insane!
I finally took my perfect hay field picture.
More barns… of course.
I have about ten others too… but I’ll save those for another day.
These are what I wanted to show you.
I wish I could capture the way I SEE them but I just can’t quite get it.
The huge fields are amazing…
Standing in them is an experience like none other. The buzzing is so loud.
Bees surround you…
but none of them are even paying attention to you, they are all intent on their work.
It is incredible. We also went on a turtle hunt.
Those are for another day too.
Be safe!
ANG

I love the sunflower fields!! The farm next door to my granparents’ in Door County, WI always used to have big huge fields of sunflowers too… you’re right, though. They’re just too big, too beautiful to capture completely on film.
Love the perfect hay field too; but I swear it looks like the Windows XP default wallpaper.
love those sunflowers!
Such beautiful pictures. They would be wonderful reference photos for painting or drawing. Would you mind if I borrowed one or two for that purpose?
Loved the photos! Have a great weekend!
Thanks for the head’s up on Boyd. Love those photographs. The sunflower fields are breathtaking!
