So the “Your Beautiful Mom… Your beautiful…” thing isn’t quite so endearing when I’m angry with him and I’m marching him back down the stairs to his room at nine o’clock at night. “I don’t want you to be angry. Your beautiful Mom…”
It also makes my stern face less affective when I’m trying not to laugh.
Off to Detroit in the morning! Yea! Road trip!
Cooper is on his second march back to bed… It’s Ben’s turn this time. *sigh*
Oh! Very good thing about today. We all played hooky from gettting ready to go and hit the beach for an hour… Very nice, I was going through withdrawel.

hahaha. When I was about 6 I had pushed my mother to the edge of sanity and as she reared back to give me the spanking that I so desperately deserved, I screamed, “Remember you love me!” She laughed. I got to live.

He’s just very early to give the girls the “sugary sweetness” comments when he is in trouble.
have a fun road trip…
i sooo wish we lived near a beach!!!!
LOL @ you AGAIN Ang…..at least you bring a smile to my face!!!!! At the moment I dont feel I have much to smile about. There has been a problem with the telephone line at my house and so its going to be another 2 weeks before I am able to go online at home, I am having SOOOOO many marital problems it just ISN’T funny….and I am so tearful it is just SOOOOO not funny in a highly stressed job like I have.
Have a good weekend, Ang!
Duct tape and zip ties work wonders for wandering kids. I’ve heard that velcro works well too.
Have a fun roadtrip!
lol and it didn’t work for him? it must have been hard not to laugh
Oh, I love the beach. I miss it dearly.
I made a rule for Brandon– every time he gets out of bed, it’s 15 minutes to bed EARLIER the next night. Worked like a charm.
Beach – sounds fun
LMAO…oh that sounds so familiar, my son at 10 is still doing it. When my top lip disappears and I find myself counting to a million he sidles up saying ”I’ve only come for my nightly cuddle mum!” Kids…huh? *chuckles*
