  • Not much to say, but photos to post.

We have been going to the beach every day.

Even though it was only 68 degrees the other day

I told them we would go so…

    We went.

    Like all of the wind?

That was as far into the water as they went.

I got a couple of these^^ giant  floaties at the dollar store today.

Of course we had to use them.

Have I mentioned lately that I think my kids are SUPER COOL?

    This was today.

The poor dog wanted Cooper to throw the ball

Coop kept throwing it like two feet…

The dog kept bringing it back though.

    I guess hope springs eternal.

  • They are super cool and so are the pics. Love the different color floaty stuff.

There is a xanga http://www.xanga.com/colette_and_moi who is feeling very sad. I thought you could spread your very special kind of love her way.

  • You are such a great photographer. Are you a proffessional? If not, and wanted to your certainly could be. You have a good eye for it.

  • please, what ever you do KEEP posting those wonderful pictures of your kids at the beach… I’m counting down the days till I can take my boyz there… course summer will almost be over by then but WHO CARES!!! it will be the beach…

I remember being a kid and wanting to go to the beach up till like october and we all know how cold the water is in july

but seriously these pictures are so pumping me up… can’t wait to take pictures of my kids doing just that!!!!!!

    ttfn…

  • I love the beach pictures. The first one is my favorite.I miss going to the beach(my husband hates the beach) Thanks for sharing the pictures.

  • Have I mentioned that I think your kids are SUPER COOL?  If I haven’t, please excuse me, because I really think they are!  Also…you are one GOOD MAMA!  Peace

  • That last pic is my fave!  Looks like such fun, even if it is only 68 degrees.

  • Took my kids to the pool the other day (kinda hard to take them to the coast when I live in KANSAS!) – I’m still sunburned.

  • I miss the beach…

  • RYC: The key is getting sunscreen in ALL the places.  (Oh, my shoulders…)

  • I love it & they are super cool kids! I’ve only been to the beach once & that was in NovemBURRR! I hope to get there again but until then I’ve got a xanga pal that takes awesome pics!

  • What sweet pictures. [:

Man oh man. I watched the Grudge and then that movie ’til 5 A.M.
    It was intense.

  • Beach.HA! I can barely imagine..We are so having Junuary weather..It’s nuts. and it’s almost July. I think if things don’t change we will be renaming that month too..To Julovember.
RYN.I didn’t take that photo, one of my malibu friends did. A common sight up in these parts.

  • I don’t have a clue, but I’m assuming it’s some sort of horse-drawn sprayer or spreader thingy whatever. All I can thin about is what I could make out of those wheels or the barn wood, LOL.

Hey, Fun on the Beach! Wow, that looks like blast. Hi Kids!

  • Great pictures. Anyone tanned?
Btw, they were Black Swallowtail butterflies.

  • Nice pics, honey. I LOVE the one where your son has his back to you looking at the water (last one)… those types of candids are the ones you hang on to when they’re all grown up and don’t want their picture taken any more. Remember, SometimesTurdBoy is 15 now… LOL!

I always liked going to the lake beach when we lived in MI. We actually had a choice–we could go to Lake Charlevoix or Lake Michigan… I was a little intimidated by Lake Michigan, though, because I was little and those waves were BIG. I thought it was the ocean until we moved to Maine after that… even BIGGER waves!

You do have a really great eye and seem to be enjoying snapping photos to share with us out here in Xangaland.

  • you have super cool kids because they have a great mom. thanks for sharing the pics

  • u said to stop back anytime so I thought I would LOL cool pics what city do u live in?

  • i so wish we lived near a beach !!!!  looks like the kids had a ball!!!!  hope you did to !!!

  • Great pics. The beach and the sand are always the best.

  • I love how full of color the toys are– so the photo really makes them pop!  Awesome job!

  • *Sigh* Those photos make me wish I was back in the States. Keep having fun for me.

  • Great pics of the beach time. Have I told you before that I’m envious of you being so near to the beach? Well in case I haven’t…I am!

  • These are great- you could frame them and sell them as prints!!

    Wonderful!

  • Some day, when that child is older… perhaps getting married, on his bachelor party, everyone will wear a t-shirt with this photo of the rings around his waste.

    And it’ll be funny.

Love the first one best and the last one would be better in black and white… it reminds me of being a child sitting on a beach, but to get to that emotion properly it requires no colour.

    lovely all the same though

  • do you ever think what happened to us as kids before we had sun cream
