This weekend was the annual NMC Barbecue.
I have gone every year that I’ve lived here. It’s fun to see how it changes and grows over the years.
So every year that I’ve lived here would mean I’ve gone around 30 times.
The menu
A buffalo burger… I like mine plain… no condiments needed.
Charlie and Is enjoy the food.

I have decided that I am not old. You are only as old as you feel and since most of the time I feel like I’m still twelve I think that I am aging well. Now, if I will still feel that way tomorrow, we’ll see.
This is the Oleson buffalo farm.

Love buffalo, buffalo burgers make up about 50% of the meat in my diet.
I use an old photo editior from an old camera that has long since departed. ULead photo explorer 8.0. Our camera (#5 in 4 years) is a $69 rebuilt Kodak from Tigerdirect.com.
We expose cameras to too much risk to spend more.
We have lost them to falls down a snow covered ice slope, dropped them into rivers and had the motors destroyed by blowing sand. Just kinda goes with the life style.
It’s been three days….and I’m still wondering if older is better.
Looks you had a fun day, need more on the Burger for me though.
RYC A little more crappy bad luck this week, but when I wreck and it is not my fault, don’t bother me, that is part of racing. Now if I cause my own mess it really pisses me off at me. Will fix her up and go again.

Cool. The only Buffalo preserve that I have seen is in Montana. Think that is where I had my first buffalo burger…

I would like to visit a farm like that many times. I don’t think I can live on a farm for a long time. Very beautiful. Very picturesque. So it’s your birthday. Happy Birthday to you. I wish you a surperb birthday.

It looks like your family had another interesting and fun weekend. I really like the things you choose to do with your kids! My experience with buffalo, in this part of the country anyway, is that they are difficult to keep contained. So, I’d like to live on that farm but not with buffalo. I wouldn’t mind eating a buffalo burger though!!!! Peace
