Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

guilty and apologetic is how most people feel over a success, or being any of these things brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous
and Im one of them, but I like the message this has
Good quote…I actually needed to read something like that at the moment.
Loving it!!
It never hurts to be reminded that it’s okay to shine!
Good stuff! Inspirational and exactly what I needed to hear.
This is very beautifully said and shines all around .
Michel
But who was Sarah ????
I thank you for your kind visit , Angy . It was my pleasure .
Love
Amen to that!
Amen, sister! Of course, lack of confidence and not thinking I should shine isn’t usually my issue… LOL! But, more women than not really DO need to hear this kind of thing and then have to try hard to believe it. I think I was born already there… now if you’ve got a good poem about getting too cocky, you can send that one my way! ROFL
And I know you’re sitting there, snickering like Beavis & Butthead, saying “She said cocky!”
HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!
I was going to send you a card but I don’t have your new email address.
Wow….I need to print that one out and post it on my desk. And on the refrigerator. And on my bathroom mirror.
Nice.
Deep. LOL I don’t know if I agree with that though– I’m usually afraid of being inadequate.
I feel like I just watched an episode of Oprah…
I love that…
Does Marianne Williamson know you’re stealing from her Xanga site?

Angi..YOU..are welcomed to visit my cave *
Have a marvelous weekend.
I have an irrational fear of profound quotes. They make me aware of myself.
We all have choices to make in our own lil universes…its those choices that make us what we are at the end of the trail…either riding on the donkey’s back or actually being the donkey
GOOD… GOOD.. GOOD..
This is an inspiring quote. It’s poetry.
