Okay, I show up and this guy carded me. I think he was just trying to get laid and so he was asking all of the older ladies for their ID… Really he carded me… I however am not old… I am aging, gracefully.
I was talking to the Rents when I first arrived, and showing them my camera… I was so excited. When all of a sudden I felt like someone had dumped ice on me from my waist down. I stood up quickly pulling my shirt out and staring down. Someone, a.k.a. The Waitress, had dumped ice water all over me. Not even my children have dumped that much water on me. I just pulled my WHITE shirt out and said ‘Well, if you’d been a half a foot higher, I could have given everyone a show. Next time tell me before hand and I’ll wear one of my good bras.’ So I spent most of the evening soaked, but I dried out. 
These were two other contestants the first was the only hard core rock guy. His hair doo was all the rage last night, mini mohawks must be in for guys now. I just love his tie. The guy in the tux was a Old Blue Eyes rip off. My friend Kim gripes all the way through his performances… she finds him annoying, I find her annoyance amusing.
This is Chris…He has one of those great gravely blues voices This is Ang she has a smooth, full voice.
This is MY FRIEND ANGIE taking home the trophy and a trip to CANCUN for TWO…
I however will not be going.
By the end of the night I was dry and ready to go… Oh, the Northern Express is publishing pictures of Chris in his underwear next week.. I’ll have to scan them in so all you ladies can have thrill. I also took some okay video I’ll have to post later. Have a great day all! ANG

You getting soaked with water was probably Fate taking a shot at you for giving up the Mt. Dew. My teens tell me the ‘do in question is called a faux hawk. I kind of like them.

once, on a date at the movie theatre, some stranger in the row behind us spilled some of their drink down the back of my shirt.
once time, at the local cafe, my 3 year old son accidentally poured an extra large sweet ice tea down the back of a lady in the booth behind him…. ooh I don’t think she ever dried out!!! I loved Otis Redding……I wish I were:

LOL! I got carded last Saturday night… WOW! How fun was that that… especially since I had accidently left my drivers license in my boyfriends wallet! Oh well… it sounds like you had a blast!

RYC: Hey thanks for all of the kind words. I missed you and being on. As soon as the computer was somewhat up my work went into overdrive and I had to do a lot of catch up plus fly out of town for some meetings so the catch up had to be done on my own time.
