Gone geocaching… be back later!
I once again play geocaching tag along.
I can’t fool you though, you know I love it.
I get to see so many COOL things.
I can’t decide which I like best.
They are just slightly different.
It was a good day, long, but good.
Saturday the Cherry Festival begins.
I can’t believe it’s that time already!
I will be going here and there, life just keeps getting busier.
I have MORE… but I’ll spare you.
What are you doing for the 4th?
I will be breaking out the tripod and getting the kids to do some light writing!

as for the 4th of july….fireworks watching! =) in my city of arlington, we had a big celebration today (july 3rd) with fireworks, food…a lot of fun.

The first and the last dandelion shots are my favorites and they are GORGEOUS!!! They are so fitting, as the look like mini firework explosions to me. Happy Fourth!
p.s. what kind of lens are you using for those dandelion shots?
Pretty, pretty! I have plans for bocce on the lawn, followed by homemade ice cream, a photo scavenger’s hunt, tri-tip, and fireworks galore. Have a happy 4th!!! -HC

I’m making some homemade ice cream, playing with my daughter’s bunny Oreo, and lighting off fireworks at home. Hopefully I don’t set the house on fire. LOL

Angi – you are such a talented photographer! How I love your pics – and these are just magnificent. Thank you for sharing them with us…today I an writing and doing the dishes ( my kids were here for brekfast ) and maybe, just maybe getting into the studio (where I had planned to spend the whole day) . . .digging out the outside table from under all the debris in the garage…and the chairs…and grilling burgers! What a spectacular day it is here, today!

I took son out for crab legs for his birthday and then we went to a party. It was nice.

Just getting around to posting on your dandelion pictures. I love them — the way they take something ordinary and make it into something almost magical. I found a quote for you last night, while reading a book on art and faith. None other than John Calvin said, “There is no spot in the universe wherein you cannot discern at least some sparks of his glory.” You do a great job finding those sparks.
Sorry I’m getting to this late, still trying to catch up. On the 4th I was at my BFF’s house watching fireworks from her driveway. Hope you had fun geocaching!
