ARTOMAT
One of the things I’d like to find on my trip is of course, an ARTOMAT!
Beth might let me go if I am really nice to her… well that and if we don’t have to walk eighty blocks.
Here is some of mY ARTOMAT collection for those of you who haven’t seen them.
There are more pieces in my ARTOMAT album.
I hope I can find one in NYC… they have everything else, they should have one of these!

Hey! They have one nearby to me
I should go check it out sometime! Thanks for letting us know about them
@TheGreenPanther - I was so bummed that you guys had a crappy experience… I hope someone started taking care of that machine.
@angi1972 - Eh, it was ok. I was there with good company and that made it all worth while!
Never heard of one of those before, but sounds like fun anyway. Hope your trip will be a lot of fun, but of course it will be. Hugs
Interesting collection. I hope you have a great time!!! Hugs, Tracy
How do you know where to find these????
New York - Whitney Museum of American Art ( 945 Madison Avenue At 75th Street, New York NY 10021 )
New York - NYC Community Machine (111 Fourth Avenue

pretty cool, Ang…i’ve never seen an Artomat before…the closest thing i have to your vending machine collection, is my collection of flattened pennies, from museums, and places of interest…pretty weird, huh?…i also collected those little injection molded toys from the Museum of Science and Industry, when i was a kid…now i collect musical instruments…don’t they say the difference between men and boys is the size of their toys?…he he
@TheGreenPanther - hey Pantha…where is the one in Chicago?…i live on the north side, in Rogers Park, and had never heard of one till Angie start posting about her collection…peace…animal

That ARTOMAT thing looks like a lot of fun. Are there any in the Northwest GA area?
What exactly is an Artomat?
@freethegnomes - hey, thanks, for sharing the link…peace…animal
@TheGreenPanther - thanks!
Ok OK- so my weekend project took more like two weeks.
I hope you find one toooo!!
I wish there could be an Art-o-Mat next to every Coke machine in America.
i wish i had HALF of your creativity!!!!
@freethegnomes - Coolbeans!
Hiya angi. just thought i’d stop by and pester you… because i know you have nothing better to do, than to read inane and pointless comments left by balding middle aged men with nothing better to do than to leave inane and pointless comments for you to read.
@firefighterswife - Click the link and it will tell you where you can find one near you! There are a LOT in the South!
@Aloysius_son - I treasure every one of your inane and pointless comments.
@streetphotos - IF you go I want to see pictures! WAIT! Your in Chicago… you might want to call ahead and make sure it is stocked… I had other friends go to that one and it only had one item in it… I was very dissappointed for them… So I suggest calling first.
@MManhoff1 - ANIMAL! I collect flattened pennies too! I have two passports full! I also have a couple of injection molded toys… do you still have yours?
I’m with retired_at_21, I wish there could be an Art-o-Mat next to every soda machine in the country. I really like the “monster box” one.
Ny has several. There is also one at the Whitney Museum. I lurves the Monsters.
YEAH! Artomat!
I like the monster box and the bug the best.

What a neat idea! I’ll keep an eye out for an Art-O-Mat!
That is SO cool!!!
Angi, thanks for the comment on my pulse – I know I know, I always miss you guys, even if it’s only after a few hours – I could never “leave”.
Have an awesome day! ((HUGS))
