UGH,ICK, Bleh…
I have felt like a wicked witch all day.
I hate that feeling.
The 150 bulbs the kids and I planted last fall all came up.
Isabelle has said we need to plant at least another 150 this year.
I agree.
Every year Ben and I have to empty our trees of tent worms.
This year we were a little late and they ate half of one of my favorite apple trees.
These were in the process of setting up another nest when we scooped them up and squished them.
I am not remorseful.
Isabelle posed for me in a field of mustard weed.
I only took a few shots before I had to move my car so the farmer could get his tractor out.
I think we’ll go back and try again later this week if it isn’t all mowed under.
We went in early evening too.
We’ll go earlier next time.
Notice she is still wearing her new shoes, even in the field.
Does any one know why I feel so crabby and mean lately?
I had birthday cake for breakfast this morning and I STILL felt mean.
What do you do to snap yourself out of it?

@TheTheologiansCafe - Here! Here! Unfortunatly… one of the monsters has a simple machine due at school tomorrow and my happiness will have to wait until hubby is done helping him… THEN hopefully I will be happy.

ya gotta laugh to get out of it. i mean belly-aching, falling-over, stitch-in-the-side, people-think-you’re-crazy-and-a-half laughing. and then ya gotta slap some people around. tony soprano style. whacko! or not. i dunno. i’m not a very violent person. i smack my pillows around. maybe that just makes me inorganically violent.
@seedsower - I know! It was a little cold for her, but she was such a trooper! we only got five shots… when I had to move the car and she said “That’s ok mom I’ll do this for you again.” She is such a suck up! lol I love her.
If birthday cake did not snap you out of it all that is left besides sex is a long shower.

Sometimes those moods just have to pass on their own, but Dan’s idea is a good one, as is just thinking of something happy (too simple, I know).

Feeling icky? May be you had too much of the B/day cake for breakfast.lol.
Meditate for about ten or fifteen minutes, and empty your btrain of all thoughts and cascading words. That usually helps me.
@seedsower - Being on the health kick that I am in, I would recommend a good run around the block, followed by a shower, sex, and then cake. (Note: sex, shower, and cake may be combined for more interesting twists.)

I don’t seem to able to stay in crabby moods for long. Well….my husband might disagree. If you were one of my kids, I’d say, “Buck up & get over it”. Simple as that. I love the pics too, Is was good to pose for you and I can see that she’s just going to get prettier & prettier. That’s a lot of mustard weed. Peace

best way to snap out of it… tea! I’m serious, I have this tension tamer tea… on the box is a lady riding a dragon… fits how we sometimes feel… LOL and it really does help mellow me out… but I’m a big tea drinker… there is a tea that will solve any problem!!!
Let me know if you find a way to “snap” out of crabby…I was thinking maybe I could (more easily) find a way to harness all that negative energy and train my suv to run on it!

I love that picture you took of Is, fantastico, all she needs for a fantasy pic is a frothy girly dress and a hat with ribbons.
Oh and I’m going to put up my fave picture of a river of Muscari I took while we were in the Keukenhof. Just for you, you’ll love it and it will make you want to plant more than 150 more bulbs.
I have to say…the first comment I saw that suggested sex made me giggle. I would also recommend it, but since I haven’t had any for a very long time, I am sure it is now overrated
As for Isabel in the fields…..she looks awesome, a natural model, but emphasis on the NATURAL part. She is just so ‘comfortable in her skin’ – and I LOVE the shoes!

“perfect with mustard” So funny!
Chocolate makes me happy.
I discovered a slick way of dealing with the tent worms without using spray,or hurting the tree. I take a small propane torch like plumbers use and fry the the nest and worms with the flame. Easy, non messy and doesn’t scorch the bark!
I dunno I love that picture of Isabelle though…
Just go with the witch feeling it is fun to ream people out. I do it all the time. haahahahah Just watch for flying houses…
full moon in scorpio…ugh…glad it doesn’t happen too often…makes everything very intense and edgy…moon moved into sag at a little after eleven pm eastern time…personally felt like i was vibrating…yuck yuck. Isabel is beautiful

I normally do something to get out of the ick – like, run, music, purchase something pretty for the mahz, test drive cars, give money to crackheads, pinball, etc. Like right now, the ick is consuming my afternoon, thus, mahz needs something pretty…. like a new phone, except I kind of hate the buttons on the blackberry I am looking at…
