  • Today feels empty, or rather I do, I’m not sure if this is a good feeling or a bad feeling yet. Maybe it has to do with the arrival of spring and all of the possabilities it brings with it. There are so many things that can be done and yet at the same time so much that needs doing before I can do them.

    Do you know this feeling?

  • Sounds like allergies.

  • @BB61 - You know… it feels a bit like allergies! :-b

  • Yuck, I hate that feeling….I know it all too well and have discovered that depending upon the day and depending on the cause, it can be both a good thing and a bad thing.  I sure hope yours is a good thing – and that you have a wonderful day!

  • it could be good, it makes you pause for a while, males you open to signals we usually donät pay attention to. Just think of the tempo of our everday lifestyles – there’s not much time to feel, inly a race to get things done.

Spring makes me energetic and exhausted at the same time

  • I totally know that feeling… and I usually just do what is in front of me at the moment and keep working on it until it gets finished and that feeling goes away.  Doesn’t usually work- but I keep trying!  I think relaxology describes it better- energetic and exhausting!

who is that artist?  I love that picture!

  • Know that feeling?  Ha!  Only every day of my life :D

  • well, you better get ot hopping then. I don’t know how you do it with 3 kiddos’ anyway.

  • Are you a flybaby? I am and I really believe that you can do anything for 15 mins. Then I go take a nap! lol, just kidding. But seriously, don’t get to caught up in perfectionism, let it go and relax. Love you lady!

Thanks for the birthday wishes and the good idea too!

Oh and before I forget I still don’t have your address and I really want to send you a postcard from Ireland!!!!!!

  • I can’t remember the last time I felt this way, though I’m sure I’ve gone through that feeling before… But these days my days are just filled with too many things to do!

Have a great season of spring, Angi!

  • ooh! some artwork we can agree on. i’m definitely stealing this one.

  • I go thru that everyday of my life, I swear! it’s sort of like being a loss, and yet you don’t know why because there’s so much. That’s when I have to force myself to sit down and make a list of possibilities and then start with one.  that’s about the best I can offer you.

  • that is a beautiful work… i clicked over to read and was distracted by the picture for some time before i actually started reading what you wrote.

i love that empty feeling of new possibilities, i usually get that right before school starts up again, well, empty but with butterflies somewhere in there at the same time…?

  • Life has gotten to be so busy for me already, and I’m beginning to realize that once I graduate I’m never going to have the free time I have now. So I’m glad I get to do things like a road trip to New England, but sooner than I can imagine I’ll be graduating, and then no more free time. No more sweet videos. No more lack of responsibility.

I’ve set a goal for myself to be as least committed (to outside parties) of a person as possible. I want to enjoy the only semester I have here next school year to be dedicated to spending time with my best friends.

  • I have the feeling of confusion today.  Should I go to the river and fish for walleye or to the reservoir to catch freshly stocked trout.

  • Yeah. I know that feeling. Blah.

I hope you are feeling more like yourself soon!

  • Know the feeling.  I feel puffy.

  • I understand the feeling.  I always feel it too when the season changes from winter to spring…like I’m coming out of a cocoon, but I’m not ready to yet.

When I lived in Utah I worked at a framing and art studio and was lucky enough to meet him… and get my books signed.

He has so many other cool prints that I can’t find on the internet I wish I could show you guys!

  • Hi! Just blog hoppin’!

I’m not sure if I felt that feeling way back but the way you describe, I think I don’t like to feel that way too. lol.

Hope that you’d feel better. =D

  • Pictures of feet are up, or am I crediting you incorrectly?  Maybe it was Green Panther?!!!

  • Yes, I know this feeling, it is a time for rebirth, a chance to make plans and be aware of Being!!!

  • @soonaquitter - Laurie! It’s the Green Panther… But I will be putting up another foot later and I will link you as well as her.

In the mean time if you want to email them to her it is Xanganfootprints@gmail.com

Later hope you have a GREAT day!

  • I’m tracking ya!!  When I sit down and think about stuff I have not taken care of, it leaves me to drink.

  • I get that way when I’m alone too much.  Right at the moment it is not an issue though.  Very good selection of a picture to go with this post.  It fits.  See?  You get it right even when you think you’re feeling off!  Peace

  • change is accompanied by void

    Regards,

  • can you explain this painting?

  • no, i DO like the painting - i just like to hear what art means to others.  i read that this is your favorite artist, but how do you interpret this painting?

  • @RizzlGrizzl - He is big on interpretations of his art and often sticks in various latin phrases and symbols…

I suppose to me this conveys a light empty feeling, but still getting dragged along by what needs to be done… that’s why it seemed to fit the post. lol

I don’t really look as much into Art as I suppose I could. I just enjoy things for how they make me feel, know what I mean?

  • …all too well…

  • so are you the king/emperor/royal figure being hauled along?  i get it now – i thought you were self-identifying with the woman, for some reason.

  • When I get that empty feeling I fill up with chocolate and it goes away real quick.

  • @RizzlGrizzl - Nah… she is too pretty for me to identify with. lol I always see myself more in his little pudgy people and his hunchbacks… They appeal to the freak in me. Not that there is much of one… that would mean I was interesting and curently I feel VERY flat. lol Ah well that’s life sometimes I guess.

  • Ah. The blah.  Sometimes “The blah” is good, though…

  • I like that picture!
