Yeah… It’s Strange
My FAVORITE Father in Law in the whole world, left me a link to this video because he knew I would appreciate it.
The singers name is Katie Melua.
Its a little mellow for how I am feeling today, but that is always how I am when I’m working… I like hyper music.

Mizz Shoes wanted to see the contents of my bag today…
So I don’t carry a purse, I carry, of course a camera bag!
On the outside is my new path tag and a frog my uncle gave me… because I like frogs… in case you didn’t know. And an “it takes a team” pin that my Brownies gave me last year.
Inside I have my wallet… contents to remain unseen! 2 extra batteries, one extra memory card and an extra card case for the ne I am using
My USB cord for my camera
two thumb drives full of pictures I use for cards
A Sam tag for my nephew that I keep forgetting to give my sister.
One Burts bee’s lip gloss champagne tinted
a pencil and seven cents.
and a house key.
Usually I have a note book but the monsters have run off with it… that happens a lot. Nothing is sacred.
I have NO cell phone! At times I think I should, but so far I have made due without and I figure why mess with a good thing… I have to remain techno innocent of something.
There it is! My junk… OH Usually my camera is in there, but since I was using it to take the picture…

what are you working on? I,too, like to blast music while painting, but never while writing (I even wear ear plugs sometimes–this is a densely populated area).
@hilaw - I am supposed to be working on my glass… but procastination seems to be the name of the game today. *sigh*

I really don’t think 35 is all that old. I had guy friends ogling my mother (instead of me) when she was still in her early 40′s. Ok that was sort of creepy, but you get my point

@Natalia - geography is always my worst subject! Did it tell you how you did? I LOVE Jeapordy… it’s amazing the answers that you can pull out of your butt… sometimes. (That doesn’t sound right does it?) I am more then happy to sit on the couch and watch you! Hope you did well!
no, it doesn’t tell you how you do – just that they’ll let you know if you qualify (i skipped a bunch and got some wrong, so i’m not planning on waiting by the phone). argh! it’s much easier (and probably more fun) to play from the couch, and i’m okay with that

Regarding your camera equipment, do you ever place your camera inside a waterproof case or even a ziplock bag? I once dropped a digital camera from work into a creek and basically it stopped working after that. Do you ever worry that you will do that? I didn’t before but I do now

@jfwclark - Be just got me an underwater camera… so if I do any canoing I will take it. lol I am excited that soon they will have a waterproof case out that will fit my camera… I would love to take pictures in the rain well I do anyway, but it would be nice if I weren’t risking ruining my camera since I would go a little batty wthout it. lol
I’ll work to shoot randomly more often
Forgive my male ignorance, but I have never understood why men can get by with a cell phone, keys and a wallet, all of which can be carried in various pockets on their person, yet women need a big bag full of…. well…. see above blog.
Does “favourite” father-in-law mean you have more than one? ‘Cos I think that’s illegal in most (all?) states of the USA.
And I like Katie Melua. I havent heard much of her but what I have heard I like. Really sweet voice.
