I have a new addiction!
Television on my computer…
All of the networks have full episodes on their sites.
Does anyone else have productive periods?
I find that my productive periods start at two or three in the afternoon and go until ten or ten thirty at night. I used to want to watch certain shows during that time, Monk or Psych, any of the CSI’s, House… you know, shows…
Now I don’t care! I can watch them on my time my schedule.
So I have been getting more things done in the evening and watching what I want during the morning. When I am about as useful as a slug anyway.
I am not sure yet if this is a good thing or a bad one, but for now I am going with it.

I watch my three shows online when I don’t have time or have something going on when they are on. I love the fact that I don’t have to watch tons of commercials online!
I can’t even remember the last time I actually watched a television show. I still haven’t watched a single episode of House despite hearing rave reviews over it.
Though, I do watch movies on AMC and FX that I don’t own; and anime on dvd or youtube.

I have always been a morning guy. I used to actually be in my office some morings at 5 a.m. Once I went into our office in Cincinnati. It was a tall building. When I entered the office, it was dark, but I heard sound. I realized someone was using our TV set!! I sneaked up and saw it was a security gurad for the building. lol. I could not help myself. he was all streached out relaxed. I suddenly spoke very loudly, ‘Hi enjoying TV? lol I could have had a heart attack. He bolted out of that chair like a rocket launch, and hastily ran out of the room. lol I never told anyone. He had learned his lesson. I am so bad!!

I don’t know how we lived before DVR…No more conflicts of who gets to watch what when, or missing an episode becuase real life calls.
I have never watched TV on my computer, didn’t even know I could! Now, with the writer’s strike, we’ll be seeing a lot of reruns…

I love TV on my computer, when it works. Too many of the networks have video that doesn’t work well. Also, I only have dial-up at home, so it doesn’t work so much there.
I do some of my best work late at night. Unfortunately, I have to go to work in the morning, and the older I get the harder it is to do on very little sleep. So I have good ideas while I’m going to sleep and can’t remember them the next day. If I could have a tape recorder and say my ideas out loud, it would help, as sometimes I think out stories to go to sleep, but my husband would probably not like that very much.
I must admit that I really like catching up on past episodes of The Jon Stewart show online… cracks me up. Plus, I’m a fan of Keith Olbermann on MSNBC (as you might have noticed on my blog!). He reminds me of Edward R. Murrow, the old-time newscaster featured in the movie “Good Night and Good Luck.”
I heard about these TV programs being on websites. I just haven’t caught any of them yet.

I’m like you…when I worked in a factory right out of school, my favorite shift was 3:00pm till 11:00pm, still stuck on that schedule…
tv on the computer doesn’t sound healthy -too much t.v.
I never feel productive!!! But I know it is not from 2-4 I get tired then and perk up after that.

Yep. I’m most productive right when I wake up, if I’m not working, or late at night. In the afternoon I sorta lounge.
