ART O MAT
I got to go to the ARTOMAT!!!
It has a new temporary home at The Dancing Eye Gallery.
Just what is a dancing eye? Can you imagine? I would never be able to talk to someone with a dancing eye. I would be absorbed in the bouncing and jumping of their eye, I’d never hear anything they said.
I went with Cooper, Sam and Mat.
I got to pull the knob myself this time… wokka! wokka! Cooper did the other pull and I promised Sam that next time we went he could do one. *sigh* Everyone wants to pull the knob.
The gallery had a lot of cool things but there wasn’t much time to look. Little hands that aren’t being watched are grabbing hands. So you wanna see what I got don’t you!

Oh the exhaustion isn’t about to get better since I am joining the mobs rushing to get my Harry Potter book this evening at midnight. Why wait when I can be stepped on, pushed and deal with rude people… that’s what i always say.

Harry Potter celebraton is not meant for me… ahh well. I guess I will be rested up tomorrow.
On a bright note I get to watch Monk and Psych… ummm… and I went to a wonderful church ice cream social.

Girly Girl and I just got back from seeing the latest HP movie; and Amazon will have my pre-ordered book delivered by my friendly UPS guy tomorrow. No crowds, no muss, no bother.

One of these days I will go to the local art-o-mat just to check it out.
Michael has karate in the a.m. and I was not about to deal with hundreds of fanatical people to get my book tonight, so I will (im)patiently wait until after the guys get home from karate so I can go get my book without having to bring the kids along or without having to sacrifice sleep. Not like I’d be reading it at 1 a.m. anyway…

You do more fun things! I’m not much on big cities but they surely do have a lot to offer. I know this isn’t what you meant about the “Dancing Eye” but, I know a man that has one eye that is “disoriented”. He’s the sweetest thing, and I read once that when you are conversing with someone with this sort of problem that you should focus your gaze right between their eyes. It works too. Rest up so you can do it up large tomorrow! Peace
Not a Potter fan-but love the fact that those books got so many people back into reading! Enjoy the book! My hearing is slowly coming back, sheeesh. Hardcore metal concert can do that to ya, heh heh.
