So it Goes
Well, I’ve had my first Mail art casualty. Jess didn’t get her’s so a new one is in the works. It has forced me to rethink several other things because they are in the same types of slide boxes. I’ve come up with some other ideas though and their getting started this weekend. I hope to have everyone’s out by the end of the month.
There was a small cellophane envelope on the top with the care and feeding of an eyeball instructions…
It was fate I guess because I know I can come up with something better.

I think your mail art is pretty cool. Much of our mail is mechanically sorted and transported so there’s not as much TLC given to your art as there would be otherwise. Just try to make your stuff as sturdy as possible and without anything to catch on conveyor belts. If your mailing label gets ripped off somehow…there’s no way to know where these special little gifts are to go. I surely like your Mark Twain quote – how appropriate!!!! Peace

My creativity went so far as to think of mailing something in a ziploc bag. I could just imagine how much would actually arrive if I loaded a bag with cookies or Almond Roca for all to see. LOL

Let me just say that I’m glad you posted that because that is almost EXACTLY what I was going to send you!! I even had about 30 eyeball quotes I was going to used…now I have to think of something else!!!
