Nothing going on here. Can’t go any where.
I could clean the house, but where’s the fun in that? I may just break down and do it.
I can tell this no car thing isn’t going to last long. I can’t handle being trapped at home. Just can’t stand it. I need to be free.
Sure, I can hear you all saying ‘But ANG you never go any where.’
That isn’t the POINT!!! At least I have the option to go. Now I don’t have that.
Not a good thing.*sigh*

get out your camera. take pictures. better yet. take video. post it!
yeah yeah bitch bitch
I am so glad that your family was not too hurt from the accident. That is unbelievable!
I just wanted to thank you for visiting me and commenting. As you know, I have been in a funk for a while now and I just dont like to comment on other peoples pages when in that mood. I just don’t want to be a party pooper and spread my negativity.
I am happy that you had a great time with the ladies especially after the accident and being indoors for so long!
Talk to you later!

I understand the trapped feeling with no car available.
You’re right – it’s a lot harder knowing that you can’t go anywhere as opposed to having the choice to stay home.
I’ve been cleaning like a madwoman today – bunco at my house tomorrow night. But now I have three kids here so no point until at least one of them is gone (I babysit 3 afternoons a week so one of the kids isn’t mine). I should make them go outside while it’s nice out…
Go ahead and get a rental - and then you can have a great week
would you be in a condition to drive if you had a car available? you’re right about at least having the option to drive.
I let hubster take the car today… lower gas mileage. He left the truck, but no way I am driving that thing.
Hugs, Tricia
Sucks having your wings clipped! No public transportation near you? If you don’t want to clean your house, come on over and clean mine! I’ll spring for the rental!
Hope your day gets better.
I understand your feelings…Hope you get it back soon!!
holy shit, so i just now saw the photos from your wreck.
Hope you’re mobile soon.
EXACTLY!
Options are very important.
At least you are listening to Taylor Hicks! I’ve been without a car (although because of a much less dramatic or life-threatening reason) for a couple of weeks. Talk about STIR CRAZY!
No car??!! I’d feel trapped, too. Funny, I rarely go anywhere either. At times, our vehicle hasn’t left the driveway for three weeks straight! But it’s good to have it!
Hey, Ang! Rachael Ray had an Art-o-matic machine on her show today. I thought of you.
RYC: but did you lose your dinner? hahhahah!!! I warned you it was nassssty!!
RYC: School evacuation cool. lol
RYC: I often don’t mind being single. I certainly have years of experience. But another failed relationship. Yuck.
How’s the noggin?
Stuck at home is no fun. How do you like the Taylor Hicks CD? I haven’t heard any track off of it yet.
hush and let me sleep
That is absolutely not the point. I don’t care if a car sits in the driveway and collects dust bunnies, there simply MUST be one there at my disposal. I feel your pain. :-/
Trish
Home can be Hell when you’re trapped there. It’s worse when you have to listen to Taylor Hicks. Pure hell is listening to Andy Gibb sing “Shadow Dancing” for eternity.
AMEN! I can totally identify with that Ang! It’s different when you know you CAN go, if you want to……but knowing you simply CANT no matter what is THE most frustrating thing ever!
Love and hugs for you, Meg
How about PRETENDING to drive
Ok NOT so much fun! Call a friend…hows about a cab? Too Far? Thinking of ya…and hoping your doing well. Soon you will be able to go wherever you want to go…Wont that be FUN? Huggs Kiddo
Hey at least you are home. Just think of what you will be able to do when you finally replace the car. Hey take a break enjoy not haveing to go anywhere in a rush.
RYC: I like a lot of trees – as long as the roots stay out of my pipes. lol
Freedom brought by car is so precious even if we don’ t use necessarily it . I agree with you Ang .
Michel
And thanks for your kind birthday wishes .
Love
Have to agree! My DH had put the car seats in his car over the weekend and left for work yesterday without doing the exchange, so I was stuck. Felt grumpy all day and the only thing I missed was grocery shopping — which I got to do alone after he got home from work! So it wasn’t a bad trade in the end. Hope your story has a happy ending, too.
Unfortunately we are going to end up getting you a vehicle picked for its utility and price. Something that seats seven. I would much rather buy you something that you would love to drive around in just to be driving it ….
So did you get out yet…? I had my car today and I drove like crazy. I drove so much I had to come home and take a nap.
